3-1 Open the package, make sure no components has been missed, everything is in good condition. Make sure your system is designed rationally, materials are good quality, installers/workers have sufficient electrical acknowledge.
3-2 Please weld the DN25 flange(in the package) to an iron tube to make a standing pole. Plant the standing pole on the roof , the hill or an open ground with good wind condition.
3-3 Connect any two of the generator’s three wires to a voltage meter, rotate the generator to see whether the voltage come out. Rotate the generator faster to see whether the voltage goes higher. Then short-circuit the 3 wires before installation, make sure the blades would not be rotated by the wind.
3-4 Please don’t install the turbine in bad weather, such as rain, heavy wind, sand-storm, etc, which may damage the turbine or hurt the installers.
3-5 Please first connect the battery/load to the controller, second connect the turbine to the controller, third relieve the short-circuit status, let the turbine rotates freely.
3-6 Check whether is any dithering, vibration, swing or noise while working, try to solve it or ask for advice from the supplier.
